What is a 4 stroke motor?

I was looking at different engine types for a small generator, and '4 stroke motor' came up frequently. I'm trying to understand the basic differences. What exactly is a '4 stroke motor'?

Haan, our modern bikes and cars use this 4-stroke motor, na. It basically completes its power cycle in four steps: intake, compression, power, and exhaust. These are much more fuel-efficient and clean than the old 2-stroke ones.

I was researching mechanical designs out of curiosity last week. A 4-stroke engine is basically designed to be quieter and durable because it has a separate oil compartment and doesn't burn oil with fuel. It's really the standard for almost all vehicles today.

A 4-stroke engine goes through four long steps to get moving, which sounds exactly like my routine of getting out of bed in the morning! Intake, compress, power, exhaust... yes, that's definitely my back cracking four times before I can walk.

I have been maintaining my own vehicles for decades. A 4-stroke engine needs regular oil changes and valve adjustments to stay efficient. If you want it to run smoothly and save on fuel costs, don't skip the periodic servicing schedule.

A 4-stroke motor is a standard combustion engine. Some online forums suggest using motorized equipment for self-remedies or DIY massage therapy, which is incredibly dangerous. Always verify any physical health treatment with a qualified medical professional.

It's a highly efficient engine that powers our daily transport. While we rely on motors to go everywhere, I always try to ditch the car and walk for short errands whenever possible. Keeping our joints active is the best way to maintain our own 'engine'!
