What improves liver function?

My doctor recently mentioned my liver enzymes are a bit high. He said I need to make some lifestyle changes. Can someone tell me what things I can do to improve my liver function naturally? I want to avoid serious issues.

Honestly, I tried so many things like methi water and amla juice daily. They do help with digestion and detoxing the body naturally, but please don't rely only on these ghar ke nuskhe if your reports are bad. Cut down on deep-fried food and sweet items first, that makes the biggest difference.

Along with a simple diet, keeping your mind calm helps the body heal better. Stress can affect our digestion and liver function more than we think. Just stay positive, eat simple fresh meals, and take good care of your health.

Are you also getting mild pain on the right side of your stomach and feeling nauseous? My doctor said it might be early fatty liver and I am so worried. Has anyone else managed to reverse this just with diet changes?

I have thyroid issues so my metabolism is always slow, and my doctor told me liver health is closely connected. You should get a proper Liver Function Test (LFT) done first. Better to show the reports to a doctor who can guide you on the exact steps instead of guessing.

To improve liver function, the best practical steps are limiting alcohol, managing your weight, and avoiding unnecessary self-medication like overusing pain relievers. Get a routine LFT done to track your enzymes, and consult a physician if any values are high.

Bro, basically stop eating junk food every day and drink lots of water. I used to order outside food like crazy, but cutting back and walking a bit actually made me feel way less tired. Just give your body a break from oil and sugar.
