What home remedy for vomiting and diarrhea?

My little one, Riya, has been having a bit of an upset tummy and loose motions since yesterday. She's also thrown up twice. What simple home remedies can I try to help her feel better?

Ugh, it's the absolute worst, isn't it? I remember feeling so weak and miserable when I had it last year, couldn't keep anything down. Just know it's okay to feel completely drained and frustrated. Focus on staying hydrated even if it's sips. Hope you feel better very soon!

Honestly, bhai, don't ignore it like I did once. I thought it's just normal food poisoning and tried ghar ke nuskhe for two days. Ended up so dehydrated I had to go to the hospital. Pls see a doctor soon, especially if it's severe or not stopping. Better safe than sorry.

Mere ghar pe toh jab bhi aisa hota hai, we just make sure to keep drinking ORS ya coconut water. Solid food mein patli daal chawal ya dahi-chawal. Thoda thoda khao, ek saath zyada nahi. Aur important hai rest karna, badan ko theek hone do.

Okay so main thing is hydration, please drink small, frequent sips of ORS or even just plain water. Don't force yourself to eat if you can't, but when you do, stick to very simple, easily digestible things. If you're feeling really weak or it's lasting more than a day, definitely see a doctor just to be safe. Sometimes meds are needed.

Hey! When I get this, I usually just drink a lot of ORS or nimbu paani with a pinch of salt and sugar. Keep it super light, like only plain rice or toast. And honestly, lots of rest is key! If it's not improving in a day or two, definitely check with a doc. Feel better!

My doctor always stressed on ORS for both. He said it's crucial to replace lost electrolytes. Also, eating very bland food like khichdi or plain rice and curd helps. Avoid anything spicy, oily, or milky till your stomach settles. And definitely avoid any self-medication without consulting.
