What herbs help you sleep?

My sleep schedule is completely messed up these days. I often find myself staring at the ceiling for hours. I'm looking for natural ways to relax. What herbs help you sleep better without any side effects?

Hey! For sleep, I find chamomile tea works wonders. Just one cup before bed, and it really calms me down. Also, have heard good things about ashwagandha but haven't tried it myself yet. Good luck!

Dude, don't stress too much about it, that makes it worse! Honestly, I just try a warm glass of water with a tulsi leaf before bed. Simple, but works for me sometimes. Otherwise, a good shower really helps chill out. Hope you sleep well!

Been there, done that with sleep issues. Valerian root is quite effective, but it smells a bit strong so I prefer passionflower. Just make sure you're getting a good quality brand. Also, don't forget good sleep hygiene, that's half the battle won.

Yaar, I just got over a rough patch with sleep. My doctor actually suggested trying Jatamansi powder or a very light dose of brahmi. It wasn't instant, but after a week or so, I definitely felt a difference. Just check with your doc first if you're taking anything else.

I track my sleep with my smartwatch, and notice that when I have a cup of lavender tea, my deep sleep scores are always better! Also, there are some good calming blends available online with ingredients like lemon balm. Check out some wellness apps, they often suggest these.

Beta, for peaceful sleep, our elders always said warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg helps. And sometimes, just a little Brahmi powder mixed with ghee can also be very calming. Try these simple things, they are natural.
