Hamare gaon mein toh haldi aur adrak ka bahut istemal karte hain jodon ke dard ke liye. Thoda sa garam doodh mein haldi daal ke peete hain. Aur adrak ki chai bhi. Thoda aaram milta hai, haan.

Arthritis can be really tough! 😟 I've heard many people find relief with natural things. Turmeric (haldi) is a big one for anti-inflammatory properties, and ginger too! Both are easily available. But seriously, see a doc for proper advice! 🙏

For joint pain like arthritis, Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha and Guggul are often recommended for their anti-inflammatory properties. Paired with gentle yoga asanas and regular pranayama, it can offer some relief. Always consult an Ayurvedic doctor before starting any new regimen.

My mother used to suffer terribly from arthritis. We tried everything! She found some relief with regular consumption of ginger tea and applying warm sesame oil with garlic. But these are complementary; proper medical guidance is always needed, especially for older folks.

Look, with something as serious and painful as arthritis, relying on internet lists of 'good herbs' is not a solution. Some herbs might have anti-inflammatory properties, sure, but you absolutely need a rheumatologist's diagnosis and treatment plan. Don't risk your joints on unverified claims.

Arthritis pain sounds so debilitating, I can't imagine! I get anxious just thinking about chronic pain. Has anyone tried Boswellia or Hadjod for it? I've seen some ads, but I'm always worried about trying anything without proper advice.
