What helps with nausea and stomach pain?

After eating certain foods, I sometimes get nausea along with stomach pain. It’s not food poisoning, but more of a constant discomfort. What are some common things that can help relieve both nausea and stomach pain?

Nausea and stomach pain? Sounds like your stomach is auditioning for a drama series. Honestly, sipping on some clear fluids like ginger ale or clear soup often helps. And avoiding anything too oily or spicy. Give your tummy a break from the theatrics!

As someone with PCOS, I've had my share of random stomach issues, though not always nausea. For general stomach upset, bland foods like rice or toast are usually safe bets. But if the pain is severe or persistent, it's really important to see a doctor; don't try to self-diagnose everything.

For nausea and stomach pain, we always keep Pudin Hara or Digene at home. A warm compress on the stomach also helps sometimes. And make sure to drink plenty of ORS or Nimbu Paani to stay hydrated, especially if you're throwing up. Simple solutions work best initially.

When your body feels uneasy, it's asking you to slow down and care for it. Be positive, stay calm. A light mind helps the body heal. Sip on warm water, try some natural soothing drinks like fennel tea. Take care of yourself, this too shall pass.

I get stomach aches sometimes after eating out, but rarely nausea. Is it better to just lie down or move around a little? What's the fastest way to feel better when it hits suddenly?

I've had my share of stomach troubles. What usually works for me is taking an antacid, having small sips of water or coconut water, and avoiding any solid food for a few hours. If it's a severe ache or accompanied by fever, don't wait, get to a doctor quickly. It's not worth taking a chance.

Ho na, nausea is just the worst feeling. My Aaji always says to have a little ginger tea or plain saunf (fennel) water. It helps to settle the stomach. Don't eat anything heavy for a while, just light khichdi maybe. And rest properly.
