What helps with hay fever?

Every spring, I get terrible hay fever – sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. It makes it so hard to even step out. What really helps to reduce these symptoms?

Hay fever is annoying, haan. Best is to know your triggers. Avoid going out when pollen count is high, keep windows closed. Over-the-counter antihistamines work well for most. And steam inhalation helps clear nasal passages. Don't complicate it.

Dude, hay fever is the worst when you have exams and can't stop sneezing in class! I just pop an anti-allergy pill (the non-drowsy kind!) and try to stay indoors if the pollen count is high. Also, wear sunglasses outside, it helps a bit.

Hay fever? More like 'hay, can you please stop attacking my nose' fever. It feels like my nose is running a marathon and my eyes are crying for all of India. Seriously though, keep tissues handy and maybe a cool compress for the eyes. Antihistamines are your best friend!

Ugh, hay fever. As if I don't get enough sleep already, now my nose decides to run a river all night. It's a nightmare. Honestly, good antihistamines are the only thing that let me function. And trying not to rub my eyes too much, which is impossible when you're half-asleep.

Please don't ignore hay fever symptoms like I did! I thought it was just a regular cold, and it got really bad, leading to sinus infections. It's much better to see a doctor early, get proper diagnosis and medication. Don't suffer unnecessarily, a simple checkup can help a lot.

Hey! Hay fever can be super annoying, but don't stress too much about it. Just take your anti-allergy meds regularly, rinse your nose with saline if it gets blocked, and try to keep your environment clean. You'll get through it, yaar!
