What helps u go to sleep?

I've been having a lot of trouble falling asleep lately, just tossing and turning for hours. I'm looking for things that can help me go to sleep more easily.

Ah, sleep. My arch-nemesis! 😂 Honestly, a warm glass of milk used to work when I was a kid. Now, it's usually just pure exhaustion or sometimes reading a really boring book. Try to cut screen time before bed, that actually makes a difference.

Child, getting good sleep is very important. In our times, we would rub a little warm oil on our feet and head before sleeping. A glass of warm turmeric milk also helps calm the mind. Try to avoid too much excitement or heavy food late at night. These are gentle helps, if problem is big, consult doctor.

For busy professionals, consistent sleep hygiene is crucial. Stick to a fixed sleep schedule, even on weekends. Create a dark, cool, quiet environment. If you're still struggling, consider short meditation or deep breathing exercises, but avoid screens an hour before bed. Prioritize it like a work deadline.

Oh, sometimes a light, yummy snack helps me drift off, but nothing too heavy or spicy! Like a banana or some warm milk with a tiny bit of cardamom. Otherwise, if I'm hungry, my tummy keeps me awake thinking about all the food! 😅

I really struggle to fall asleep sometimes, my mind just keeps racing. Does anyone else feel like their brain just won't shut off? I'm curious if meditation really helps or if it just makes me more restless.

Yaar, sleep is a luxury these days. Actually, I find keeping my phone far away helps a lot. And maybe a warm shower before bed. If I'm still struggling, I just read a book, the old-fashioned way. No screens, bro.
