What helps sunburn pain?

I spent too much time in the sun yesterday without sunscreen and now I have a terrible sunburn, especially on my back. It's very hot and painful to touch. What helps to relieve sunburn pain quickly?

Oh, sunburn pain is just the worst, I totally get it! That burning, stinging feeling can be so distracting. Just try to keep the area cool and moisturized, and drink plenty of water. It'll get better, hang in there!

Sunburn? Been there, done that, and regretted not wearing sunscreen more than forgetting my wallet. The pain keeps you up all night, it's like a tiny demon dancing on your skin. Honestly, cold showers and lots of aloe vera are my only friends during those times. Oh, and wishing I could peel my skin off. Sleep? What's that?

Sunburn pain is so annoying! What really helps me is taking a cool bath or shower, and then immediately applying a good amount of pure aloe vera gel. Keep it in the fridge for an extra cooling effect! And remember to stay hydrated, it helps your skin from the inside out.

Sunburn pain, huh? Sounds like your skin decided to turn into a perfectly grilled kebab! 😂 But don't worry, it happens to the best of us. Just keep that aloe vera handy, and pretend you're a human cucumber by placing cool slices on your skin. It helps, honestly! And maybe avoid the sun for a bit, no more human kebabs for now!

Just got back from Goa with a killer sunburn last month! My go-to was cold compresses wrapped in a thin cloth, and then liberal amounts of aloe vera gel straight from the plant. Also, an over-the-counter painkiller like ibuprofen helped with the inflammation and general discomfort. Wear loose clothes too, man.
