Sinus pain can be really tough! I find that steam inhalation works wonders. Just a bowl of hot water with a few drops of eucalyptus oil, and breathe deeply. Also, keeping your head elevated while sleeping helps a lot. Try to avoid dairy too, sometimes that can worsen congestion.

Oh no, sinus pain is the worst! 😫 For me, a warm compress on the forehead and nose really helps ease the pressure. And don't forget to drink lots of warm water and herbal teas, keeps things moving! Hope you feel better soon! ✨

Beta, sinus ka dard bahut takleef deta hai. Ghar pe adrak wali chai bana ke piyo, usse bahut aaram milta hai. Aur garam paani mein namak daal ke garare bhi kar sakte ho. Bas dhyan rakhna, zyada garam na ho. Yeh sab cheezein hamesha kaam aati hain.

Sinus pain can be so annoying! Before spending on too many medicines, try simple home remedies first. Steam, warm compresses, and drinking warm liquids are good and free. If it still persists, then see a doctor. Getting tests done can be costly, so better to try basic things first and then escalate.

Please don't ignore sinus pain, it can get really bad. My suggestion is to visit a good ENT specialist. Ask them clearly about saline nasal sprays, they can be very effective. Also, check if there's any underlying allergy. A proper diagnosis from a reputable hospital doc is key.

I totally get it, sinus pain is such a drag and makes you feel so heavy-headed. What really helped me was regularly using a neti pot with lukewarm saline water. It flushes out the passages and reduces pressure. Also, try to stay hydrated, it thins the mucus. Hope you find relief soon!
