What helps prevent or improve kidney failure?

My brother's sugar levels are quite high and the doctor mentioned his kidneys might be affected eventually. I'm trying to find out what can be done to prevent or at least improve kidney failure. Are there specific things he should be doing or avoiding?

Kidney failure is a serious condition, and preventing or improving it requires proper medical guidance. As someone who manages a chronic condition myself (PCOS), I've learned not to take any health issue lightly. The general advice is managing blood pressure and diabetes, a healthy diet, and avoiding certain medications. But please, talk to a nephrologist for a personalized plan, don't try to self-manage this.

Bhai, kidney ka masla bohot serious hai. The main things are controlling your blood pressure and blood sugar if you have diabetes. Also, drink lots of water, don't take painkillers unnecessarily, and eat healthy. If you have a family history, get regular check-ups. Don't delay seeing a doctor if you suspect anything, okay?

When I first heard about kidney issues, I totally panicked, thinking the worst. But what I learned is that managing existing conditions like high BP or diabetes is the biggest step in preventing kidney failure. Regular doctor visits and following their advice on diet and medication is crucial. It's about consistent care, not one big fix.

My uncle had kidney issues, and what helped him improve was strict control over his diabetes and blood pressure, as advised by his doctor. He also followed a very specific diet given by a dietician. It's a complex medical problem, so please, consult specialists rather than relying on general advice.

Haan, kidney health is so important na. My mom always tells me to drink lots of water and not to eat too much outside oily food. Also, if you have high BP or sugar, it's super important to keep them in control. Aur haan, regular health checkups are a must! Don't ignore any symptoms.
