Sleep? What's sleep? 😂 Honestly, for me, it's less coffee after 4 PM and trying to read a boring book instead of endlessly scrolling my phone. Sometimes a hot shower helps too. But mostly, I just pray for sleep to find me, haha.

Achha, for good sleep, I find a fixed routine works best. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even weekends. Also, keep the bedroom dark and cool. And no phone or screen time at least an hour before sleeping. Simple things, but they make a big difference.

Yaar, proper sleep is a luxury these days! Actually, I found that even a short 15-20 minute meditation session before bed works wonders. And no phone in bed, seriously! It's tough initially, but it makes a huge difference. Try it out!

From a fitness perspective, getting enough physical activity during the day definitely helps you sleep better at night. Not too close to bedtime though. Also, eating a balanced diet and avoiding heavy meals right before bed can improve sleep quality. It's all connected, bhai.

My mother always said warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg helps. And a nice head massage with warm oil. These traditional ways are good for relaxation. But if sleep problems are very consistent, then it is always best to consult a doctor, they can give proper guidance.

Persistent sleep issues can sometimes be linked to underlying health conditions. I found out my thyroid was off balance when I couldn't sleep properly. So, if simple remedies aren't working, it's always good to get a general check-up and talk to your doctor, just to rule out anything medical.
