What helps kidney pain?

For the past few days, I've been experiencing a dull ache in my lower back, sometimes feeling like it's deeper, near my side. I'm wondering if it could be kidney pain. What helps kidney pain, if it is that, to get some relief?

Kidney pain? Oh god, that's a whole new level of 'nope, not today'. My only advice would be to get to a doctor pronto, because sleep deprivation can give you headaches, but kidney pain sounds like it needs a professional to figure out what's going on. Hope it's nothing serious!

Kidney pain is no joke, bro. I had it once, and it was excruciating. I rushed to the hospital. They told me to drink tons of water and gave me pain meds. Seriously, don't try to fix it yourself, go see a doctor ASAP. Could be stones or something serious.

I can't give medical advice for kidney pain, as that's very specific and potentially serious. But from my personal experience, when I felt general back discomfort, drinking plenty of water and taking rest usually helped. However, kidney pain is different, so please consult a medical doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

For kidney pain, the first and most critical step is to consult a doctor. This is not something you can just exercise away or fix with a specific diet. They need to diagnose the cause, whether it's stones, infection, or something else. Any physical activity should only be done if cleared by a medical professional.

Kidney pain sounds like a nightmare, definitely not something to mess with! I'd say skip the experimenting with food 'remedies' and head straight to a doctor. Because if you're in that much pain, you won't even be able to enjoy your favourite biryani! Get it checked!
