What helps gallstone pain?

My mother-in-law has been having really bad pain in her stomach sometimes, especially after eating fatty foods. The doctor said it might be gallstones. Is there anything ghar pe we can do to help with the pain when it comes?

Honestly, gallstone pain can be really serious. I had complications because I ignored it for too long. Please, don't try to self-medicate or just manage the pain. See a gastroenterologist quickly, they will guide you properly.

If it's gallstone pain, you really need a proper check-up. Just like with my BP, lifestyle changes help but only a doctor can tell you the root cause and treatment. Don't delay, go get an ultrasound and see what the doctor says.

Listen to me, do NOT ignore this. I made that mistake once with intense stomach pain, thinking it would go away. Turned out it was something that needed proper medical attention. Get it checked by a doctor, please. Early diagnosis makes a huge difference.

For gallstone pain, it's really important to consult a doctor first, as it's a specific medical condition. They might advise dietary changes, often low-fat, which is good for overall health anyway. Exercise helps with general well-being but for actual gallstones, doctor ka advice hi best hai.

Gallstone pain? Sounds like another reason to add to my 'why I can't sleep' list. Jokes aside, if it's gallstones, mere paas toh koi hack nahi hai except maybe distracting yourself till a doctor tells you what's up. Hope you feel better soon.

With gallstone pain, your diet plays a big role, but specific advice should come from a doctor or dietitian. Generally, avoiding fatty and fried foods helps a lot, and focusing on fresh, easily digestible vegetarian meals. But first, get a diagnosis from a medical professional, please.
