What helps fibroids back pain?

I've been diagnosed with fibroids and sometimes experience really bad back pain because of them. What are some common ways to manage fibroids back pain? I'm looking for things that might offer some relief.

I don't have fibroids myself, so I can't give medical advice. But I know chronic back pain is debilitating. My friend who has fibroids said that her doctor recommended specific exercises and sometimes a heating pad would offer temporary relief. She also had to manage her stress because that made everything feel worse.

Haan, fibroids ka back pain bahut pareshan karta hai na. Meri didi ko bhi hota tha. Woh bolti thi ki hot water bag se thoda relief milta hai. Aur unhone toh ek acchi gynaecologist se consult kiya tha jinhone medicines bhi di thi. Bas ignore mat karna, haan.

When the body is struggling, it's a call to nurture yourself. For pain from fibroids, gentle stretching or light yoga can sometimes bring a sense of ease. Drink plenty of water and try to stay positive. Remember to listen to your body and seek guidance from doctors for healing. Your inner strength is important too.

I totally get it, back pain from fibroids must be so draining and frustrating to deal with every day. It's not just a backache, it's linked to something else. While waiting to see your doctor, a warm bath or a heating pad on the lower back can sometimes offer temporary relief. Make sure you're comfortable and resting.

I dealt with severe back pain due to fibroids for years. What actually helped was a multi-pronged approach: first, my gynaecologist prescribed pain medication and hormonal therapy. Then, I also found a good physiotherapist who gave me exercises to strengthen my core and improve posture, which took some pressure off my back. Heat therapy also provided some comfort. Don't just suffer through it, get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
