What helps diarrhea and stomach pain?

Kal se thoda pet kharab hai aur dard bhi ho raha hai. Is there anything common one can do at home for diarrhea and stomach pain? I don't want to rush to the doctor for every small thing.

I've had my share of stomach bugs! The best approach is to stay super hydrated with ORS or coconut water. Eat very bland foods like curd rice or khichdi. Avoid spicy, oily, or raw foods. If it doesn't settle in a day or two, or if you have fever, definitely see a doctor. Don't let dehydration get severe.

Yaar, stomach issues are the worst, actually! For diarrhea, I always reach for ORS and eat light, like just curd-rice. No outside ka khaana for a few days. If the pain is too much, better to see a doctor. Don't self-medicate beyond basic home remedies, haan?

I'm always confused about what to eat when my stomach is upset. Is bland food really the only option? And should I avoid all dairy, or is curd okay? Sometimes I feel so weak, but I'm scared to eat anything.

Haan, stomach kharab hone pe toh bas ORS piyo aur light khana khao, jaise dahi chawal ya khichdi. Garam paani bhi thoda-thoda piyo. Mirchi wala khaana bilkul na khao. Agar bohot pain ho ya bukhar aaye toh doctor ke paas jaana hi padega, na?

My doctor always emphasizes that for diarrhea and stomach pain, the priority is preventing dehydration. She recommends oral rehydration solutions (ORS) and a BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast). Avoiding dairy, caffeine, and fatty foods is key. If symptoms are severe, include fever, blood in stool, or persist for more than 48 hours, immediate medical attention is necessary to rule out infections or other issues.

My kids often get stomach upsets. What always helps is giving them ORS to prevent dehydration, and bland food like plain rice, dalia, or sometimes just toast. We avoid anything oily, spicy, or outside food completely until they are better. If it's too severe or doesn't improve, it's immediately to the pediatrician.

Diarrhea and stomach pain? Sounds like your stomach is staging a protest! 😂 Hydrate like you're in a desert and eat food so bland, it apologizes for existing. If it's still protesting after a day, time to call in the doctor, the chief negotiator!

When dealing with diarrhea and stomach pain, stick to a very bland, easily digestible diet. Think boiled vegetables, rice, lentils (dal), and yogurt. Avoid raw salads, spicy food, fried items, and anything with too much oil. Hydration with clear fluids is also crucial. Consult a doctor for persistent symptoms.

Stomach issues can be tricky, just like managing PCOS symptoms. What works for one person might not work for you, so be careful with home remedies. If the pain is bad or diarrhea is continuous, it's best to consult a doctor to rule out anything serious. Don't guess, get proper advice.
