What helps cleanse the liver?

I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately and read that liver health is important for overall well-being. What helps cleanse the liver naturally, and are there certain dietary changes I should make?

Beyond diet, staying active really helps. If your doctor allows, regular walks or light exercise improve overall metabolism and blood flow, which indirectly supports liver function. It's all connected, you know? Less sedentary lifestyle is always better.

Yaar, liver cleanse ke naam pe bohot marketing chalti hai, actually. But mostly, your liver cleanses itself! You just need to support it. Avoid alcohol, eat proper ghar ka khaana, lots of fruits and veggies. That's the best cleanse, no?

My dietician always says that the best 'cleanse' for your liver is just good, consistent habits. Like limiting alcohol, eating fresh, home-cooked food, and staying hydrated. She also recommended things like beetroot juice and green tea in moderation. But no fancy detoxes, she said.

My liver probably needs a permanent vacation after all the late-night work and stress. 😂 I wish there was a magic button! But seriously, I'm trying to cut down on junk and sleep more. Maybe my liver will finally forgive me then.

Listen, your liver is a self-cleaning machine. Don't fall for these 'liver cleanse' fads. Just give it good fuel: less alcohol, less processed food, more veggies and fruits. And if you have any actual liver problems, go to a doctor, don't try to fix it with internet remedies.

I'm also trying to understand this. So, does eating a lot of leafy greens really make a difference, or is it more about avoiding bad stuff? And are there any specific foods that are really good for the liver?

I sometimes get worried about my liver, especially after a heavy meal or a late night. Does anyone else feel that tightness or discomfort sometimes and immediately think of their liver? It makes me anxious about what I'm eating.
