What helps clean your liver?

I've heard a lot about detoxifying the body, and especially the liver, these days. I'm curious if there are natural ways or foods that helps clean your liver effectively.

My son had a slightly elevated liver enzymes once, and his pediatrician emphasized a healthy diet. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, less junk food, and making sure he's not eating too much oily stuff. And plenty of water. It really helped his numbers normalize. Important to check with a doctor first though.

Hey! Don't stress too much about 'cleaning' your liver, yaar. Your liver is a natural detox machine already! Just focus on supporting it with good habits like less alcohol, a balanced diet, and drinking enough water. That's usually what doctors recommend!

I sometimes worry about my liver, especially after holidays or when I've eaten too much oily food. Does anyone else feel like they need to 'detox' after overindulging? I'm always looking for ways to feel lighter and healthier.

I once thought I was just tired, but it turned out my liver was struggling due to some bad habits. I regret not getting checked earlier. If you're feeling sluggish or something is off, please get some tests done before trying any 'cleanses.' Doctor's opinion first, always.

Oh, making your liver happy! 🎉 It loves simple things – lots of water, fresh veggies, and saying no to too much processed stuff and alcohol. Think of it like giving your body a refreshing, internal shower! 🚿

Just like managing BP, liver health is all about lifestyle. Less salt, less fat, more fresh food. Regular checkups, including liver function tests, are essential to catch any issues early. Don't rely on quick fixes, focus on sustainable healthy habits.

As someone managing diabetes, I'm very careful about what I eat, and that directly impacts liver health. Controlling sugar intake, choosing whole grains, and a balanced diet are critical. Any liver 'cleanse' that involves juices high in sugar should be avoided, especially for diabetics. Always consult your doctor for diet plans.

I'm always seeing ads for liver detox supplements, and it makes me wonder if they actually work or if it's just marketing. It seems like everyone has an opinion on this, but what's the actual science behind it?

Our body is a temple, and the liver is a vital organ. Nurture it with pure foods, fresh air, and a calm mind. Avoiding intoxicants and embracing a sattvic lifestyle will truly help your liver, and your overall well-being. Peace be with you.

The most practical way to support your liver is to eat home-cooked meals, reduce processed foods, and avoid excessive alcohol. Regular exercise also helps. There's no magic pill or expensive detox; just consistent good habits. And if you have concerns, a doctor can do blood tests.

Beta, our elders always said eat light food for a healthy body. For liver, they used to recommend turmeric in milk, and having gud (jaggery) in moderation. Lots of fresh greens also. But if you have liver issues, first listen to your doctor, then do these things as support.
