Ugh, carpal tunnel pain sounds like it would get in the way of holding a delicious plate of biryani! Hope you can find some relief soon. Maybe gentle hand stretches can help, so you can still enjoy your favorite snacks without discomfort?

Welcome! Many people struggle with carpal tunnel, especially with so much computer use these days. Resting your hand and wrist, applying ice, and sometimes wrist splints can help manage the pain. But please, see a physiotherapist or doctor for proper guidance and exercises.

Beta, don't worry too much about this. Many of us older folks get these aches and pains, especially in our hands from all the work over the years. My doctor told me to do simple wrist exercises and give my hands rest. It helps. But do get it checked properly to be sure.

My athai (aunt) used to complain about similar hand pain. She said her doctor recommended wrist supports and making sure her wrist was straight while working. At home, she would gently massage with warm oil. But always best to follow what the doctor advises fully, okay?

Hey! My friend had carpal tunnel from working too much on the computer. She found that ergonomic keyboards and a good wrist rest made a big difference. Also, she did wrist stretches every hour. Definitely talk to a doctor or physio to get it properly diagnosed and treated.
