What helps bring down a fever?
My daughter woke up with a high temperature this morning. We've given her some paracetamol, but I want to know if there are other quick and safe ways that help bring down a fever for kids.

Once I had a fever and thought it was just a normal viral. Didn't check it for days, and it turned out to be dengue. Ended up in hospital. So, please, don't ignore it. Take paracetamol if it's high, but definitely get a doc checkup if it persists or feels off.
Oh, a fever is so scary sometimes, isn't it? I always worry if it's something serious. Do others also feel super weak and shaky with a fever, or is it just me? I usually just take a Crocin and pray it goes away quickly.
Listen, if you have a fever, take a paracetamol. Sponge bath with lukewarm water also helps a lot. And rest, don't try to be a hero. If it doesn't go down or you feel really sick, go to the doctor, don't wait.
For quick relief to manage symptoms while you figure out the cause, paracetamol is your best bet. Keep hydrating, maybe take a cool shower if it's really high. If it's not settling in a day, don't postpone a doctor's visit, especially with work schedules and all. Better safe than sorry.
While medicines help with symptoms, remember to support your body's natural healing. Light, easy-to-digest food, plenty of rest, and gentle breathing exercises can help you recover. Staying calm also helps reduce the body's stress. Of course, consult a doctor if the fever is high or concerning.
