What helps arthritis in lower back?

My lower back has been giving me a lot of trouble lately, and the doctor said it's likely arthritis. It's making it hard to sit or stand for long periods. What usually helps with arthritis in the lower back to reduce pain and improve mobility?

Lower back pain can be tricky, and arthritis there really needs a proper diagnosis. Before trying anything, please get it checked by a doctor or a specialist. Self-treating without knowing the exact cause can sometimes make things worse. Better safe than sorry!

Lower back arthritis? Oh, so my spine decided to join the 'achey breaky' club. Fantastic! I find that complaining loudly and then doing some very gentle stretches helps. And a good quality heating pad is like a warm hug for my grumpy back. Don't forget a comfy chair for moral support!

My lower back also gets stiff sometimes. I always think, if I can't bend, how will I pick up that delicious golgappa? Haha! But seriously, good posture and maybe some anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric lattes help me. No heavy lifting, especially after a big meal!

For lower back arthritis, consistent low-impact exercise like swimming or brisk walking is essential. Physical therapy can also teach you core strengthening exercises to support your spine. Don't sit for too long, take breaks and stretch. Consult a spine specialist for proper management.
