I was just researching this for my uncle. It seems like maintaining a healthy weight is super important to reduce the load on knees. Also, gentle exercises like swimming or cycling are often recommended because they don't put too much pressure on the joints. Has anyone tried knee braces?

Arey, ghutno ka dard toh bohot common hai. Haan, mere neighbour ko bhi hai. Unko doctor ne bola hai ki halka exercise karo, jaise walk karna ya cycle chalana. Aur zyada der ek jagah mat baitho. Thoda sa garam patti bhi laga sakte ho, na? Bahut aaram milta hai.

Gentle exercises, especially non-weight bearing ones, can help a lot. A warm compress can also ease the stiffness. Take care of your knees.

My child has juvenile arthritis in their knees, so we've learned a lot. Physical therapy is crucial for strengthening the muscles around the knee. Also, ensuring they don't overdo it on high-impact activities. For adults, supportive footwear can also make a big difference in reducing stress on the knees.

Knee arthritis can be really limiting, I know. Try to find a low-impact activity you enjoy, like walking in a pool or stationary cycling, to keep the joints mobile without excessive strain. Also, listening to your body and not pushing through severe pain is important. If it's really bad, definitely see an orthopedist.

A healthy diet can support joint health, especially for knees. Focus on anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, and leafy greens. Avoiding processed foods and refined sugar is also important. Maintaining a good weight through diet helps reduce the load on your knees significantly.
