Ugh, arm pain is such a mood killer! Can't even properly lift my chai cup or reach for my snack. Just apply a warm compress, maybe distract yourself with some good food or a movie. It passes, thankfully!

It's totally normal to feel a bit worried when you have pain after a shot, I get it. But for the pneumonia shot, arm pain is super common. Try gentle arm movements and a cold compress first, then warm if that feels better. Don't stress too much, it usually subsides in a day or two.

My doctor told me that arm soreness is a common side effect because the muscle is reacting to the vaccine. He suggested applying a cold pack initially for 15-20 minutes at a time, and then switching to a warm compress if it still feels stiff. Also, keep the arm moving gently, don't just keep it still.

Beti, injections ke baad thoda dard toh hota hi hai. Ghar pe, hum toh garam paani ki patti lagate hain. You can also mix a little mustard oil with ajwain and warm it, then gently rub it on the area. But only if it's just muscle soreness, not something else serious, haan?

Oh, I just had my pneumonia shot last month! My arm was throbbing for a day. What really helped me was continuously moving my arm a little bit, like rotating the shoulder. And also, using a cold pack right after the shot and then a warm one later. It got better in 48 hours.

I'm not a doctor, so I can only tell you what I did. After my pneumonia shot, my arm was quite sore. I found that gently massaging the area and applying a warm towel helped me personally. Everyone's body reacts differently though.

I totally get it, that post-shot arm pain is no fun at all! It feels like you can't even lift a feather. Just keep moving your arm gently to prevent stiffness and try a warm compress. Hope you feel better very soon!
