What helps after vomiting?

My son had a bout of vomiting last night and now he's feeling very weak and tired. I've given him some ORS, but I'm wondering what else helps after vomiting to make him feel better and recover quickly.

Electrolyte balance is crucial. Drink ORS, Electral, or even plain nimbu paani with a pinch of salt and sugar. Don't force food, but keep sipping fluids. If it continues, get to a doctor quickly.

Please, please don't ignore it like I did once! I thought it was just a bad meal. Ended up feeling terrible for days. If you've vomited more than once or twice, or feel really weak, definitely consult a doctor. Dehydration can be serious.

Hydration is key after vomiting, you lose a lot of fluids and electrolytes. Stick to ORS or coconut water. Avoid anything heavy or processed, focus on simple, easily digestible foods like plain rice or boiled veggies when you feel better.

Take care of your body, it's a temple. After vomiting, it's good to rest and slowly reintroduce liquids. Stay positive and allow your body to heal itself. Light, mindful eating helps.

Dude, after puking, just drink a lot of water. Like small sips only, don't chug. And then maybe some coconut water. Avoid oily stuff for the whole day, only bland khana like dal chawal. Sleep it off if you can.

Mere bache ko jab bhi vomiting hoti hai, main use thoda thoda ORS deti rehti hoon, every 15-20 minutes. Solid food nahi deti for a few hours. Bas keep them hydrated. Sometimes a little plain curd helps too. If fever comes, then doc.
