What helps abdominal pain?

I've been having abdominal pain on and off for a few days, and it's quite disruptive. I'm trying to figure out if there's anything I can do to soothe it before consulting a doctor. What things generally help with abdominal pain?

Hey, take a deep breath. Abdominal pain can be from so many small things, from indigestion to period cramps. Try sipping some warm water or a light ginger tea. If it persists or you feel feverish, best to get it checked out properly.

Beta, pet dard toh bohot normal hai. Mere time mein toh we used to just take saunf and ginger tea. Mostly it's indigestion or a little gas. Just eat light for a day and see how it feels. Don't worry too much.

Honestly, ek baar mujhe bhi bahut dard hua tha and I freaked out! But it was just gas. Try some ajwain in warm water, it helps calm things down a lot. If it's really bad or keeps coming back, then check with a doc.

Hello! Abdominal pain can be quite uncomfortable. A warm hot water bag on the tummy can provide some relief. Also, try to identify if you ate anything unusual. If it's severe or you have other symptoms like fever or vomiting, please don't delay seeing a doctor.

Yaar, abdominal pain is the worst! Actually, sometimes even stress can cause it. I just try to lie down, put a warm compress on my stomach, and drink some jeera water. Mostly it works. If not, then doctor ke paas jaana hi padta hai.

Usually, abdominal pain means something didn't quite agree with your stomach. Try to eat very bland food for a day – maybe khichdi or just plain rice with curd. Avoid anything oily or spicy for a bit. Also, stay hydrated!
