What happened to't pain?

I've been experiencing a persistent pain in my lower back for a few weeks now, it's really bothering me. I've tried some home remedies but nothing seems to help. What could have happened to 't pain, or what could be causing it?

If you are talking about throat pain, I've managed it many times by gargling with warm salt water three times a day and avoiding cold drinks completely. However, if it persists for more than three days, you definitely need to get it checked for a strep infection.

Bro, throat pain is the worst, especially during exams when you can't focus. I just drink warm honey water and avoid ice creams for a few days. If it still hurts, just go to the college clinic.

I often get mild throat irritation and pain due to acid reflux, which is quite common with hormonal imbalances. It helps to drink warm water, but please see a doctor if the pain is severe or making it hard to swallow.

For mild throat discomfort, ginger-tulsi tea works wonders to soothe the lining. But remember, if you have a high fever or difficulty breathing along with the pain, you must visit a doctor immediately.
