Hey, don't stress too much right now. Usually, you might see yellow eyes, dark urine, or feel totally exhausted when the liver is struggling. Just get a simple LFT blood test done and show it to a doc, it's very manageable if caught early!

When my son had a severe liver infection, he couldn't keep any food down and his skin turned quite yellow. We had to immediately put him on a strict low-fat diet and medication. Please don't delay seeing a pediatrician or physician depending on their age.

Early liver issues like fatty liver can often be reversed with daily light walking and a clean diet. But if the damage is advanced, physical strain might not be safe. Always check with your doctor before starting any exercise routine.

For mild liver congestion, drinking warm water with a little lemon or eating amla can support digestion. But if there is severe pain, jaundice, or swelling, these home remedies won't work. Please go to a hospital immediately.

When my uncle had liver issues, the doctor completely banned all his favorite paranthas and butter chicken! He had to survive on boiled veg and papaya because a damaged liver cannot process heavy oily food. Take care of your diet and consult a doctor immediately.

With my PCOS, I had some fatty liver issues which is a mild form of damage. It mostly caused digestion issues and bloating for me, but actual damage can be more serious. It is always safest to get an ultrasound done on a doctor's advice.

Look, liver damage is not something you ignore or treat with random YouTube videos. If there is pain on the right side of the stomach or yellowing of skin, go straight to a hospital. Get an LFT and ultrasound done as prescribed by a professional.

Don't buy into those 'liver detox' juices you see online, they can actually harm your liver more. Real liver damage needs proper clinical diagnosis through blood tests and scans. Go see a qualified hepatologist instead of experimenting.

If your liver is protesting, it is probably telling you to stop the weekend parties and oily samosas! Honestly, it is a very resilient organ but it has its limits. Just get a doctor to check it out before it goes on a complete strike.

Liver damage can be very silent in the beginning with no obvious symptoms at all. By the time you notice yellow eyes or dark urine, it might have progressed. Please get a routine checkup done for safety; never delay this.

In our times, we used to drink fresh sugarcane juice and eat light khichdi to ease the liver's load. However, today's lifestyle is different and liver damage can be serious. Please consult a proper doctor and don't rely only on home cures.

I totally get it, worrying about liver health is really scary. My dad went through a phase of liver congestion and he had severe swelling in his ankles and constant itching. Please take them to a gastroenterologist to get the right treatment started.
