For my eczema, keeping my diet clean and drinking plenty of water makes a huge difference. I also avoid taking extremely hot showers after my workouts because it dries out the skin and triggers flare-ups.

I can only speak from my own experience with eczema. Applying a thick ceramide moisturizer right after my bath while the skin is damp has worked wonders for keeping the dry patches away.

Honestly, cutting down on dairy and gluten for a bit helped calm my skin flare-ups. It was so hard to resist cheese burst pizzas, but eating more fresh fruits and veggies definitely kept my eczema in check!
