What fruits are low in acidity?

Hi, I've been having a lot of acidity issues lately, especially after eating certain fruits. My stomach feels quite upset. Could you tell me which fruits are generally low in acidity so I can try those instead?

Bananas, melons, and papayas are excellent options if you want low-acid fruits. Since I have thyroid issues, my digestion is often slow, so these gentle fruits really suit me. It is also a good idea to keep checking your thyroid levels regularly as hormonal imbalances can affect your digestion.

I know how awful it feels when you are scared that every single bite of food might trigger severe chest burn or acidity. Honestly, eating ripe bananas and watermelons is very safe and soothing for the throat. Take it easy, start with small portions, and you will feel much better.

If your stomach throws a tantrum every time you look at a lemon, join the club! Stick to watermelons and papayas, they are like a cooling bucket of water for your digestive fire. No dramatic burps, guaranteed!

Hey, don't stress too much about finding special exotic foods! Ripe sweet papayas and simple yellow bananas are super low-acid and easily available everywhere. Just have a banana in the morning, it is literally the best natural antacid.

I used to panic every time I got mild heartburn, thinking something was seriously wrong with my heart. But my doctor reassured me it was just regular reflux and advised me to eat papayas and bananas. They are super gentle on the stomach and completely safe.

Keep it simple and stick to melons, bananas, and pears. They have a high pH value, meaning they are very alkaline and won't cause any reflux issues. Avoid citrus altogether if you are prone to acidity, that is the easiest fix.
