I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes about five years ago, and my doctor told me it is the most common type. I manage mine with daily walks and cutting down on white rice. I can't give medical advice, but finding a routine that works for your body is key.

I totally understand how stressful it is to read up on diabetes; I used to get panic attacks thinking about my blood sugar levels. But Type 2 is the most common and highly manageable. Once you get the right advice and calm your mind, things will get much easier, trust me.
