What flares up eczema?

My skin has been really itchy and red lately, especially on my arms. The doctor said it might be eczema, but I'm not sure what's making it worse. Is there anything specific I should avoid?

I've been looking into this for a friend! It seems like dry skin, certain soaps or detergents, and even stress can really make eczema worse. Also, some foods, but that's different for everyone I think.

Yaar, actually, for eczema, it's a mix of things. For many, it's dry skin, certain fabrics like wool, or even perfumes in lotions. Stress is a big one too, believe it or not! You really gotta figure out your personal triggers.

Oh, I just got over a bad eczema flare-up! For me, it was definitely strong soaps and then too much sweating in this humid weather. Also, wearing tight synthetic clothes made it so much worse. Switched to cotton and mild soap, it helped a lot.

Simple things like dry weather, harsh soaps, or even sweating too much can make eczema bad. Also, strong chemicals or perfumes in creams. Best to keep your skin moisturized and avoid triggers you notice.

Our bodies are interconnected, my dear. Sometimes stress or unaddressed emotional imbalances can manifest physically. Along with proper medical care, try to find inner peace and positive thoughts. This can also help soothe the condition.
