What feels like a heart attack but isn't?

Sometimes I get this sharp pain in my chest, and it really scares me because it feels like a heart attack. But then it goes away. What are some other conditions or issues that can feel like a heart attack but aren't?

Yaar, so many things can mimic a heart attack! Acid reflux, severe anxiety or panic attacks, even muscle strain in the chest. I actually once thought I was having one, but it was just really bad gas. Scared the hell out of me!

Oh, for kids, sometimes even severe indigestion or a bad cough can cause chest pain that feels scary. And anxiety in older kids, too. It's always best to get it checked by a doctor if you're worried, just to be safe. Peace of mind is important.

I've had acid reflux so bad sometimes it felt like a tightness in my chest, thought it was my heart. Also, severe anxiety or a panic attack can cause chest pain and shortness of breath. It's always good to see a doctor if you're unsure, don't try to self-diagnose such a serious thing. Home remedies won't help with heart issues.

From what I track and read, a lot of things can feel like a heart attack. GERD (acid reflux), costochondritis (chest wall inflammation), severe anxiety, or even a panic attack can cause similar symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath. My app sometimes flags high stress as a potential cause for heart rate spikes, which can feel alarming. Always consult a doc if symptoms are severe or persistent.

I've heard about panic attacks causing chest pain that feels super intense, almost like a heart attack. Also, something called GERD or severe indigestion can give you chest discomfort. It's actually a bit scary how many things can mimic it, makes you wonder!
