What external covering protects the kidney from physical shock?

My friend recently had a minor accident and hit his back, and the doctor said his kidneys are fine because they're well-protected. It made me curious, what exactly is that external covering that keeps them safe from physical shock?

Hey there! 👋 Our kidneys are covered by something called a 'renal capsule' first, and then a layer of fat, which acts like a shock absorber! Pretty cool, right? 😎

Hmm, actually kidneys are pretty well-protected by fat layers and strong connective tissues inside our body. Like a natural cushion! It's amazing how our body works.

My doc told me about this when I had some flank pain. He said the kidneys have a fibrous capsule and then perirenal fat around them. It's like natural bubble wrap for protection!

Our kidneys are naturally cushioned by layers of fat and fascia. It's important to keep them healthy, especially with BP issues. Regular checkups and a balanced lifestyle are key for kidney health.

For kids, it's the same, the kidney has a strong outer layer called a capsule, and then fat all around it. That's why even if they fall, kidneys are usually safe inside. Always teach them to be careful though.

Bro, kidneys are deep inside na, protected by ribs and all. Plus, there's this fatty tissue around them, like a natural padding. I learned this when I had a minor sports injury once.

It's the renal capsule and then a good amount of perirenal fat. These layers absorb shocks and keep the kidneys safe. Nature's got us covered!

The body has its own safety system! Kidneys are deep inside, protected by ribs and a thick layer of fat. So unless it's a very big injury, they are usually fine.

I think it's called a capsule, right? And then there's fat around it too. Like a natural padding for our organs. Pretty smart design by nature!

Our body has a special cover for everything. For the kidney, it's a strong skin and then a soft cushion of fat all around. This keeps it safe from chot lagne se. Bhagwan ne sab soch kar banaya hai.

Our bodies are so smart! The kidneys are protected by a fibrous capsule and then surrounded by perirenal fat, which cushions them. Eating well and staying hydrated helps keep all organs healthy, including kidneys.
