What essential oil is good for migraine headaches?

Been getting terrible migraine headaches lately, especially after long working hours. I'm trying to find natural remedies, and some people mentioned essential oils. Which one works best for this kind of pain?

Migraine ke liye toh log bahut kuchh try karte hain. Maine suna hai peppermint oil aur lavender oil lagate hain temples pe. Haan, thoda relief mil sakta hai but doc ko toh dikhana hi padega na for proper treatment.

Migraines are the head's way of saying, 'I need a vacation!' Haha. While a little lavender oil might trick it into relaxing for a bit, it's not going to solve the root problem. So, go to a doctor, they're the real travel agent for your head!

Migraines are awful. While some essential oils like peppermint might offer a temporary soothing sensation, they're not a solution. Consistent exercise and stress management, if your doctor clears it, can sometimes help reduce frequency. But always, always consult a neurologist for migraines.

I totally get how debilitating migraine headaches can be, they're just the worst! Many people find peppermint or lavender oil soothing when applied to the temples, but it's just for temporary relief. For actual management and diagnosis, please see a neurologist; they can really help.

For migraine headaches, please consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Essential oils can only provide minor temporary comfort. Take care.
