I recently had a bad asthma flare-up. My doctor specifically told me to drink warm water, especially during attacks, and warm herbal teas like ginger tea or tulsi tea can be soothing. Avoid cold drinks and anything that might irritate your throat. But this is alongside my regular medication, not instead of it!

For asthma, staying hydrated is crucial. Warm water and warm herbal teas (like ginger or liquorice tea) are often recommended as they can help soothe airways. Along with that, if your doctor clears you, light exercise and breathing techniques can also help manage symptoms. Always consult your pulmonologist first.

Asthma, huh? Another one to add to the 'getting older' list. For this, warm drinks are usually better. My wife always makes me ginger tea or just warm water when I have a cough. Definitely avoid anything chilled. And always keep your inhaler handy, no drink is a replacement for that!

Warm drinks are generally comforting for asthma. Ginger tea, warm water, or herbal teas can help. Stay hydrated and avoid cold beverages.

Yaar, asthma ke time pe, actually warm drinks help. Like garam paani, ya adrak wali chai. Avoid all cold drinks haan, they can trigger it. But yeh sab bas support hai, medicine aur doctor ki advice toh sabse important hai.

Please be very careful with asthma. Relying on drinks alone can be dangerous. While warm drinks like plain water or ginger tea can help to soothe, they are not a treatment. I know someone who delayed seeing a doctor, and it led to complications. Always follow your doctor's prescribed medications and advice, and use an inhaler if needed.

Beta, for asthma, the elders always said to avoid anything cold. Warm water is very good. Some also say ginger tea or a little bit of honey with warm water helps to soothe the throat and chest. These are old remedies, but for a serious condition like asthma, please make sure you are also taking your doctor's medicines regularly.

My roommate has asthma, and he always drinks warm water, especially when he feels a bit wheezy. He also likes ginger tea. Anything cold is a strict no-no for him. But he's always super careful with his inhaler too, so definitely talk to a doc.

If there was a drink that could cure asthma AND give me 8 hours of sleep, I'd buy it in bulk! But for asthma, honestly, warm drinks are your best bet. Plain warm water, ginger tea, anything that soothes. Cold drinks are a big no-no. But remember your inhaler is number one!

For common cold or cough, I often use natural remedies. For asthma, warm herbal teas like ginger tea, tulsi tea, or just warm water can provide some comfort and help clear airways. However, asthma is a serious condition. These are only supplementary. You MUST consult a pulmonologist and follow their prescribed treatment.
