What dosage of aspirin for heart attack?

My uncle had a heart attack recently, and the doctors gave him aspirin. I was just curious, for a heart attack, what is the usual dosage of aspirin they give? Just for general knowledge.

This is a very serious medical question, and I cannot give any advice on medication dosages. Please, if you or someone else is having a heart attack, call emergency services immediately. Only a medical professional can advise on aspirin dosage in such critical situations. This is not about diet; it's an emergency.

My cardiologist friend always emphasizes that for a suspected heart attack, the recommended immediate dose of aspirin, if there are no contraindications like allergy or bleeding risk, is typically 162 mg to 325 mg (usually two to four 81 mg low-dose aspirins), chewed, not swallowed. But this must only be done under medical guidance or by emergency responders.

Oh my god, just reading 'heart attack' gives me so much anxiety! If this is about someone you know, please don't wait for online answers. Call emergency services or get to a hospital immediately. They are the only ones who can safely advise on medication like aspirin in such a critical situation.

Bro, for something as serious as a heart attack, you definitely shouldn't be asking for dosages online. That's literally a medical emergency. Call 108 or get to a hospital ASAP. Only docs can tell you about meds and stuff, we're just talking here.

Dekho bhai, dil ka mamla hai, koi mazaak nahi. Aise waqt pe seedha hospital bhago, ya ambulance bulao. Aspirin ki dosage online puchhne se jaan jaa sakti hai. Yeh doc ka kaam hai, humari gappe ladane ka nahi.

This sounds really serious. My aunt had a heart attack recently. I hope no one is actually going through this right now. What should someone do if they suspect a heart attack and don't have access to immediate medical help?
