What does the thyroid gland produce?

My friend was telling me about her thyroid treatment and mentioned something about hormones it produces. I'm curious now. What exactly does the thyroid gland produce?

The thyroid gland creates important hormones, like T3 and T4, which help in keeping our body's energy flowing smoothly. Through regular pranayama and mindful living, I feel my body's balance, and these hormones play a key part in that. It's all connected.

Oh, it produces thyroid hormones, mainly T3 and T4. When mine were off, I felt so out of whack emotionally, anxious and low. It's more than just physical; it really impacts your mental state too, so don't dismiss how important these hormones are.

It produces hormones like thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), right? These control metabolism and all. It's kind of scary how such small hormones can affect everything. Hope you're asking just for info and not for any personal issues!

I can only tell you that when my doctor checked my thyroid, he mentioned measuring TSH, T3, and T4 levels, which I assume are what the thyroid produces. When those were imbalanced, I felt really tired.
