What does the start of skin cancer look like?

I'm quite fair-skinned and spend a lot of time outdoors, so I'm conscious about skin cancer. I want to be aware of any warning signs. What does the start of skin cancer typically look like on the skin?

I had a suspicious mole once, thank god it wasn't cancer. The early signs of skin cancer, especially melanoma, are often changes in moles – like if it changes in size, shape, color, or has irregular borders. Or a new growth that looks odd, like a pearly bump or a red scaly patch that doesn't heal. It's really important to do self-checks and see a dermatologist for anything suspicious, don't delay.

The start of skin cancer can look like a new mole, or an existing mole that changes. Look for irregular shape, uneven color, or if it grows. Also, any non-healing sore or a shiny, pearly bump can be a sign. Best practical solution is to check your skin regularly, especially after a bath, and see a doctor for anything unusual. Prevention is better than treatment.

Early skin cancer can show up as a new mole, or an existing one changing (like getting bigger, darker, or having irregular edges). Also, look for sores that don't heal. While sun protection and healthy eating are great, if you see anything suspicious, please go to a doctor immediately. This is not for home remedies.

Dekho, skin cancer ke shuruati signs serious hote hain. Check for any mole jo badal raha ho size, shape, colour mein, ya uske borders uneven hon. Also, koi naya growth, ya koi ghav jo theek na ho raha ho. Agar kuch bhi ajeeb lage, seedhe doctor ke paas jaao. No tension, but no laziness.

Early signs of skin cancer often involve changes to moles, like asymmetry, irregular borders, varied color, or a diameter larger than 6mm. Also, look for new skin growths that are unusual. While a diet rich in antioxidants can support general skin health, any suspicious spots absolutely require immediate medical consultation, not just dietary changes.
