What does skin cancer from the sun look like?

I've been noticing some unusual spots on my arms after years of working outdoors. I'm concerned about skin cancer, especially since I've had so much sun exposure. What does skin cancer from the sun typically look like?

It can look like a small pearly pink bump, or even a dark mole with irregular edges that changes over time. Please wear your sunscreen daily and get any new spot checked by a doctor soon! 😊

My elders always said to watch out for any skin sores that do not heal within a month. However, skin cancer can take many shapes, like a rough scaly patch or an uneven mole. It is always safest to consult a qualified skin specialist.

Please keep a positive mind and do not let fear take over your peace. Often, sun damage shows up as a simple rough spot or a dark patch. Take gentle care of your body and have a trusted doctor look at it to be sure.

I used to apply aloe vera and neem on every skin spot, but I learned that home remedies cannot fix or diagnose sun-induced skin changes. It usually looks like a persistent crusty spot or an asymmetrical mole. Save your time and visit a dermatologist directly.

It commonly appears as a wax-like nodule, a flat flesh-colored lesion, or a dark-colored mole. While a clean, antioxidant-rich diet keeps the skin healthy, it cannot cure or prevent these growths. Please get any suspicious spots clinically evaluated.

Do not rely on online photos or home-made pastes to diagnose skin lesions. Sun-related skin cancer can look like a harmless pimple that doesn't go away or a changing dark spot. Verify it only with a certified dermatologist through a proper biopsy.
