What does si joint pain feel like?

I've been having this persistent pain in my lower back and hip area for a few months now, especially after sitting for long periods. My physiotherapist mentioned it could be SI joint pain. I want to understand what exactly that feels like, so I can explain my symptoms better.

Dekho boss, simple hai. Yeh pain aapke lower back ke ek side pe hota hai, bilkul hips ke upar. Jab aap bed se uthte ho ya chair se khade hote ho, tab ek tez jhatka sa lagta hai. Zyada ghabrao mat, par kisi achhe physio ko dikha lo.

For me, my SI joint pain felt like a sharp dull ache on the lower right side of my back, especially when walking. Ever since my high BP diagnosis, I have realized everything is connected to lifestyle. Get a proper checkup and start doing mild stretching daily under guidance.

I totally panicked last year thinking I had a slipped disc because the lower back pain was going down my thigh. But the doctor told me it was just SI joint inflammation from bad sitting posture. Some physiotherapy and simple exercises fixed it completely, so don't worry!

Haan na, jab seedhi chadhte hain toh bohot painful hota hai yeh. It feels like a localized ache right at the belt line, sometimes spreading to the groin area. Thoda rest lo aur agar kam nahi hua toh ortho doctor ko dikha dena.

With our long sitting hours, this is very common. It's usually a deep ache on one side of your lower spine that gets worse when you stand for too long. Instead of ignoring it, book an online consultation with a physical therapist to get targeted exercises.
