I am not a doctor, but from what I know of hormonal rashes and general infections, malaria itself doesn't show up as a rash. Sometimes sweat rash happens because of the heavy sweating during high fever. It is best to consult a general physician instead of guessing.
Listen, malaria doesn't actually cause a specific skin rash or anything like that. You might get pale skin or look a bit yellow if the infection is severe, which is a sign of anemia. Don't worry, just get a simple blood test done to be absolutely sure.

I had severe malaria back in 2021. There is no skin symptom at all, except maybe some yellowing of eyes and skin if your bilirubin goes up. Just watch out for the cycle of extreme cold, high heat, and then sweating. Go straight to a lab for a smear test.

Haha, malaria doesn't write its name on your skin! The only thing you might see is some goosebumps because you will be shivering under three blankets in the middle of summer. If you have fever, trust the blood report, not your skin.
