I ignored my stomach pain for weeks, thinking it was just normal acidity from spicy food, until it became an emergency. With lupus, stomach pain can sometimes mean inflammation of the abdomen lining or gut vessels, which is very serious. Please don't wait like I did; get it checked by your doctor immediately.

For me, it feels like a constant, dull cramping or a bloated, burning sensation that doesn't go away even after eating light food. It can be a side effect of the heavy lupus medications too. I find that keeping a food diary and talking to my doctor about gut-protective meds really helps.

Stomach pain in lupus can range from mild indigestion to sharp abdominal cramps. I track my symptoms and diet on an app to see if specific foods trigger the pain during a flare-up. If the pain is sharp and accompanied by nausea or fever, you should definitely consult your gastroenterologist or rheumatologist.

In my experience, autoimmune issues can cause a deep, uncomfortable burning or cramping in the stomach area. It is vital to maintain a very simple, salt-restricted and oil-free diet during these times to avoid putting extra stress on your digestive system and kidneys. Regular medical checkups are a must to monitor how your organs are coping.

Lupus stomach pain can feel like a heavy bloating or sharp cramps after eating, haan. Sometimes we think it is just normal gastric issue, but actually it can be due to medication or inflammation, na. Please don't take regular antacids blindly, doctor se proper checkup karva lo.

We often try drinking warm ajwain water or buttermilk to soothe a painful stomach, which can help with simple gas. But if you have lupus and the stomach pain is severe, constant, or accompanied by vomiting, these home remedies will not work. Please show it to a proper doctor at the earliest.
