What does liver problem feel like?

My brother's been looking a bit yellowish lately and he's always tired. Our family doctor mentioned it could be a liver problem. What does a liver problem generally feel like for a person? What are the common symptoms?

When the liver is struggling, the body feels very heavy, sluggish, and there is a lack of energy even after resting well. I have found that gentle Kapalbhati and a simple, organic diet help support digestion immensely. However, please consult a good doctor to understand the exact condition of your liver first.

A liver problem often starts very silently, but you might feel a constant, heavy tiredness, mild nausea in the morning, and a dull ache on the upper right side of your stomach. Because I manage high BP, I know how vital regular routine blood tests are. Please get a proper liver function test (LFT) done instead of ignoring these signs.

It usually feels like constant fatigue, bloating, and a dull ache under your right ribs that doesn't go away. While maintaining an active lifestyle and eating clean is great for recovery, you can't fix a genuine liver issue with just exercise. Get a proper medical diagnosis and liver panel done to know where you stand.

In our experience, a liver problem shows up as a loss of hunger, bitterness in the mouth, and yellowing of the eyes. Drinking fresh sugarcane juice or warm water with amla is very good for soothing the liver. But remember, if the weakness is severe, you must visit a doctor and get proper tests done.

From what I've learned while managing my PCOS, liver issues can sometimes cause unexplained fatigue, skin itching, and digestive issues like bloating. Since these symptoms are very common, it's easy to confuse them with other hormonal issues. It is always safest to consult a physician and get your liver enzymes tested.
