What does gum disease feel like?

My gums have been bleeding a lot lately when I brush, and sometimes they feel sore. What does gum disease feel like, beyond just bleeding, so I can understand if my symptoms match?

It usually starts with tender, puffy gums that bleed when you brush, which always makes me super anxious. You might also notice a constant bad taste or a feeling that your teeth are slightly loose. Please don't worry, but do book a dentist visit soon so they can clean it before it worsens.

It feels like your gums are swollen, tender, and warm, and they might bleed easily during brushing. Regular flossing and a quick checkup with a dentist will help resolve it comfortably.

Gum disease feels like a dull soreness, and you will notice bleeding while brushing or chewing hard fruits. Eating crunchy apples and raw carrots can help keep teeth clean, but you must avoid sugary foods that feed bacteria. Definitely consult a dentist for a proper scaling session.

Look, if your gums are bleeding every time you brush or your breath smells bad constantly, that is gum disease. Don't just ignore it or change your toothpaste. Go to a dentist, get a professional cleaning done, and start brushing twice a day.
