When I was dealing with severe physical pain during my recovery, I read a lot of spiritual texts. They all teach that pain is a part of life, but it also builds resilience and empathy. Don't just suffer through it; use medicine to heal the body and meditation to calm the mind.
Practically speaking, spiritual teachings tell us that pain teaches us patience, but God also gave us the intellect to create medicine. Praying for strength is good, but going to a clinic and getting the right treatment is the real solution you need.
Scriptures remind us that pain is temporary and always leads to growth! It's like a rainy day that eventually brings a beautiful sunny morning. Keep your hope high and take care of your health.
Whenever I get sudden aches, I start overthinking and panicking, but remembering that spiritual teachings view pain as a way to purify and strengthen us really helps calm me down. It is comforting to think God is watching over us, but please do see a doctor if the physical pain is persistent.
