What does facial skin cancer look like?

I have a mole on my face that seems to have changed colour and shape slightly. I'm worried about skin cancer. What does facial skin cancer usually look like, so I can check if my mole matches any descriptions?

Oh god, another thing to worry about with age! 😂 I've heard it can look like a stubborn pimple that just won't heal, or a mole that changes shape. Basically, anything suspicious that decides to stay on your face and annoy you. Best to just ask a real doc.

From what I know, it often appears as a new growth, a sore that doesn't heal, or a mole that changes size, shape, or color. Sometimes it can be shiny, waxy, or pearly. If you see anything like that, especially if it's persistent, definitely get it checked by a dermatologist.

I was looking this up recently too! It seems like there's no single look. Some images show a small, pearly bump, others a red scaly patch, and then the really dark, irregular moles. Makes it super confusing without a doctor, honestly.

It's so important to be aware of changes on your skin, especially on the face. I've learned that you should never ignore persistent spots or moles that start acting weird. Don't panic, but do get it checked properly. Better safe than sorry.

The doctors at Apollo told me that skin cancer on the face can appear very innocently, like a small bump or a rough patch. If you notice anything that just won't go away or keeps changing, you need to ask your doctor clearly for a proper examination. They can guide you best.

Hey, don't stress too much about diagnosing yourself! But yeah, keep an eye out for anything new or unusual on your face – like a mole changing, or a spot that just won't heal. If something feels off, just pop by a skin doctor, okay?

Any new growth, a sore that doesn't heal, or a mole that changes shape, size, or colour should be immediately checked by a dermatologist. On the face, especially, don't take any chances. Get it checked for safety.

Ho na, it can be tricky to spot. Sometimes it's a shiny nodule, other times a red, scaly patch that might bleed. Don't try to guess yourself, just consult a dermatologist for a clear picture.
