What does back pain from heart attack feel like?

My friend had a heart attack recently, and he mentioned having severe back pain before it happened. I never knew back pain could be related to heart issues. What does back pain from a heart attack actually feel like?

Like thyroid issues need regular tests, heart-related pains also need immediate attention. Back pain from a heart attack can feel like pressure or a squeezing sensation, often spreading to your arms, neck, or jaw. It's usually accompanied by chest pain, shortness of breath, and sweating. Don't ever take a chance with these symptoms; go to the ER.

Ram Ram! Dil ka daura padne par kamar dard bhi ho sakta hai. Yeh upar ki kamar mein, kandhon ke beech mein, ek tez dabav ya jalan jaisa lagta hai. Saath mein chhaati mein dard, saans phoolna, aur paseena bhi aa sakta hai. Aise mein bilkul der mat karo, seedha hospital jao.

This is something every parent should know, especially if you have a family history. Heart attack back pain is usually a sudden, severe pressure or a burning sensation in the upper back, often between the shoulder blades. It's different from a normal strain. If your child or anyone experiences this with chest pain, sweating, or dizziness, don't think twice, call an ambulance.

I'm still learning about heart attacks. So, back pain from it isn't just a regular sore back? Is it always in the upper back, or can it be lower too? It sounds very scary.

Okay, this is serious stuff, so no jokes! 🚨 Back pain from a heart attack is often felt in the upper back, like a deep ache or pressure, and it can spread to your arms or jaw. It won't feel like a normal muscle ache, and it usually comes with chest pain and breathlessness. Call for help immediately if you feel this! ❤️

This is a critical symptom not to ignore. Back pain from a heart attack is typically felt in the upper back, often radiating to the neck, jaw, or arms, and it's not relieved by rest or position changes. It usually comes with classic heart attack signs like chest pain, sweating, or nausea. Don't waste time, call emergency services immediately.

As someone managing high BP, I'm always told to watch out for any unusual pains. Back pain during a heart attack can be a strange, uncomfortable pressure in the upper back, sometimes feeling like a squeezing sensation. It's usually accompanied by more obvious symptoms like chest pain or feeling very unwell. Never ignore it, get medical help right away.

Namaste. My aunt had experienced this. She felt a deep, uncomfortable pressure in her upper back, almost like someone was standing on it, along with a heavy chest pain. It was not a muscle ache at all. My family always says to trust your instincts and immediately see a doctor for any chest or back pain that feels unusual and severe. It's better to be safe.
