What does a heart attack headache feel like?

I've been having some really bad headaches lately, and it's making me worried. I heard sometimes heart issues can cause head pain. What does a heart attack headache feel like specifically?

Actually, a headache is not a typical sign of a heart attack, though some people might experience a throbbing headache along with severe chest pressure or high blood pressure. If you have a severe, sudden headache accompanied by chest pain, shortness of breath, or numbness, please go to the emergency room immediately.

Don't panic. While headaches aren't the primary symptom of a heart attack, any sudden, intense headache that comes with chest tightness or difficulty breathing is a serious warning sign. Please do not ignore it or try to sleep it off; get to a doctor or hospital immediately.

In some cases, a heart attack-related headache can feel like intense pressure, particularly if blood pressure spikes during cardiac distress. Gentle breathing can help calm anxiety, but if you have a severe headache coupled with chest constriction or sweating, it is a medical emergency. Please seek hospital care immediately.

Usually, a heart attack is about chest pain, not a headache, unless the stress of your hospital bills is kicking in early! Jokes apart, if you have a massive, sudden headache combined with chest heaviness or left arm pain, it's no laughing matter. Drop everything and head to the hospital immediately.

A headache associated with heart distress can feel like a heavy, throbbing pressure, often accompanied by chest discomfort or sweating. Stay calm, keep your mind positive, but please do not take any sudden chest pain or severe head pressure lightly. Please see a doctor immediately to ensure you are safe.
