When sugar drops suddenly, you feel a cold sweat, rapid heartbeat, and extreme hunger. While drinking a glass of sugar water or eating a piece of jaggery helps immediately, please consult your doctor to adjust your medicine doses if this happens often.

A diabetic attack usually refers to either very low sugar or very high sugar. If it's low sugar, you will suddenly feel extremely shaky, sweaty, and confused. Keep some sugar or fruit juice nearby, and if you ever feel this way, sit down immediately and take a sweet.

Yesterday I suddenly felt very dizzy, my hands started trembling, and I got a cold sweat out of nowhere. I don't have diabetes but it felt so scary. Has anyone else felt this sudden shakiness and is it always related to sugar?

Beta, isme sharir bilkul kaampne lagta hai aur behoshi jaisa lagta hai, bahut zyada paseena aata hai. Aise samay turant muh me kuch meetha daal lena chahiye aur aaram karna chahiye. Tum jaldi se bade doctor ko apni janch kara lo.

When my husband's sugar dropped very low once, he couldn't speak properly and was sweating in an air-conditioned room. I quickly gave him a spoonful of honey which helped him recover in ten minutes. That was our personal experience, but please consult your doctor for medical advice.

It's basically hypoglycemia (low sugar) or DKA (high sugar). Low sugar hits you fast with shakiness, sweating, and intense confusion, while high sugar makes you extremely thirsty, drowsy, and nauseous. Get a glucometer, check the reading, and head to a clinic if it's out of range.

I was just reading up on this because my grandfather has diabetes. It sounds really scary because they can suddenly feel very disoriented, shaky, or even faint. I guess keeping sweet candies in every room is a really smart safety habit.

Honestly, when my sugar drops, I feel like a zombie—just completely weak, sweaty, and ready to eat anything sweet in sight. It's a weird, shaky feeling that instantly goes away once you drink some juice. But seriously, don't ignore it, get your meds checked.

My son has Type 1 diabetes, and when his sugar drops, he gets very pale, irritable, and starts sweating heavily. We always carry glucose tablets or juice boxes with us everywhere. If your child or you experience this, check sugar levels immediately and give fast-acting carbs.

Having insulin resistance makes me very careful about sugar drops, which can feel like sudden weakness, blurred vision, and irritability. It's a very unsettling feeling, but we shouldn't guess. It's best to check with a glucometer first and talk to a doctor.
