What doctors to see for back pain?

I've had chronic lower back pain for almost six months now, and it's really affecting my daily life. My physiotherapist suggested I see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. What kind of doctors should I see for back pain?

You should see an orthopedic specialist or a physiotherapist for back pain. If you have diabetes, managing your blood sugar levels is very important because poor glycemic control can delay joint and muscle healing.

I know how scary severe back pain can be, it makes you worry if you will ever be able to move normally again. Please see an orthopedic doctor or a physiotherapist; they will guide you gently and help ease your anxiety.

Look, go to an orthopedic doctor first to get an X-ray or MRI done. Don't let local massage wallahs pull your back, it can make a disc slip worse. Once diagnosed, go to a certified physiotherapist.

An orthopedic doctor or a physiotherapist can easily help you fix this! Try to maintain a good posture while sitting at your desk and take quick walk breaks 🌸

Go see an orthopedic doctor or a physiotherapist to rule out structural issues. Once they clear you, focusing on core strengthening exercises and stretching your hamstrings will really keep your lower back pain-free.
